- Every Wednesday Arvo | 5:00 PM
- Meet at F45 Duncraig (1/50 Marri Rd, Duncraig WA 6023) for 15mins of stretching and warm up
- Move for 30 mins at your own pace
- Head back to Rocky Ridge Duncraig for a well deserve bevy

Registration Waiver: By registering with our Rocky Ridge Run Club I acknowledge that:
- Like any physical activity, it may result in injury. I understand that I am participating in the Run Club at my own risk and Rocky Ridge Brewing is not responsible for any insurance claims, losses or costs that may occur due to any injury caused on a run.
- I’m feeling fit and well enough to participate, and will not attend if it means it will cause further injury or sickness to myself or potentially others.
- I am encouraged to run at a pace that matches my fitness. There is no pressure from the run club leader to match any distance or pace. After all, we run for beer.
- For the safety of myself and others, the Rocky Ridge team has the right to ask anyone to leave.
- I agree to receive marketing from the personal information I share in this registration. I understand this information won’t be shared.
- I also agree for Rocky Ridge to use any content taken during the runs for marketing and other purposes.
