All 8 breweries united their talents and passion to create one exceptional beer.

After many persistent attempts to persuade us, Ross finally got his long-awaited wish and brewed a Doppelbock. This beer style is a brewer’s dream come true, and luckily everyone was fired up to join forces and bring this recipe to life.

Utilising a harmonious blend of Munich and Caramunich malts, we executed a double decoction mash to unlock intense malt flavours. True to tradition, we selected only the finest German hops and embraced a meticulous, slow fermentation program and lagering period to achieve a brew as pure and pristine as possible.

Indulge in the fruits of this collective labour, as you immerse yourself in the lavishness of this Doppelbock. It’s the grand finale to the series, capturing the opulence of the cardinal tins in every sip.


Pour: Deep copper to amber with an off white head.
Smell: Raisin toast, burnt sugar and malt.
Taste: All about the malts.  Sweet caramel leads with stewed fruits and raisin toast layered throughout.
Finish: Medium bodied with balancing bitterness

Allergens: Clarex added for gluten reduction
