ROCK JUICE: IIPA 10.0%
Malts: Pilsner, Wheat, Triticale, Rolled Oats, Dextrose.
Hops: Strata, El Dorado, Samba.
Yeast: London Ale 3.
Hops, hops & hops. On this iteration of our DIPA known as Rock Juice, we have used Aussie, kiwi & US hops to give us the best notes from both hemispheres. The nose is alive with citrus, tropical fruits, melon & papaya. This is complimented by a golden body with persistent haze from additions of oats, wheat & triticale. Booze is present but well hidden & provides a light sweetness while a cleansing bitterness stops the beer from sitting too heavy on the palate.
