Crafted from a robust Saison base and our house perpetual sour culture, it matured for six months in Foudre, before spending 3 months of carbonic maceration with 1 kg/litre of luscious Manjimup Cherries.
Vibrant red hues, seductive marzipan-cherry aromas, and a velvety mouthfeel make it a delightful experience.
Perfect with cheeses, dark chocolate, or seafood for the perfect holiday indulgence.
Style: 9 Month Barrel Aged Sour.
