Description
The second release of our Blueberry sour brings age, grace & depth to one of our favourite beers of the year. Two meticulously blended batches of this sour have been released to celebrate our 2019 vintage year, each barrel of which was carefully selected to enhance certain characters.
Batch # 2 also showcases a pink & purple hue but with a thin light head, cascades of blueberry linger on the palette with an enticing farmhouse funk & a pleasantly acetic sour edge, this beauty finishes dry.
