Description

After a brief hiatus, DB (Dirty Bitch) returned with renewed vigour and a bolder spirit. This special release, crafted in loving memory of our beloved companion Indy, honours her legacy with all proceeds donated to SAFE and other dog shelters.

Meticulously aged in a thoughtfully curated selection of barrels (0241 Maple Bourbon, 0242 Barton Bourbon, 0243 Bookers, and 0244 Heaven Hill), this beer emerges as dark as midnight, crowned with a luscious tan head. Each sip unravels a symphony of flavours, where dark berries and the essence of red wine gracefully waltz upon the palate, accompanied by tantalising hints of hazelnut. Further depth is bestowed by delicate whispers of burnt coffee and dusty chocolate, akin to shared secrets exchanged by a crackling fire. The velvety, creamy mouthfeel adds an extra layer of indulgence, delighting the senses.

DB’s return is a triumphant comeback and a heartfelt tribute. It reminds us of the love and joy dogs bring. With every bottle, Indy’s spirit lives on, supporting dogs in need.
