Description
A dry and funky Saison was blended with a small 20% portion of our house culture inoculated Foudre. This beer was then blended with Rosé juice and raspberries, then allowed to undergo a re-ferment in a barrel. Dry and spritzy, it presents with strong raspberry and wine notes complemented by wild ale characteristics throughout.
