Dipped Paws is the result of us teaming up with the Legends at Ronin Fermentation Project in Graegle, California.
This beer was originally brewed in America by Hamish and Mel along with Charlie Johnson from RFP. When Charlie came to Australia for Retro Fest in November 22, we decided to take this same beer and put a little Jindong twist on it.
Using the dip hop method to extract unique flavours and aromas, Dipped Paws is almost an imperial Italian Pilsner in a roundabout way.
The grain bill is comprised solely of Weyermann Barke Pilsner and Chit malts to create an uber lean and clean beer. Saaz is the star of the show when it comes to hops which throws all those spicy, herbal hop characteristics we have come to know and love.
An ode to the respective brewery doggos from two different sides of the world; Skadi & Ace; Dipped Paws is a crusher that belies its 7.5% ABV.
