This beer is actually taking very little inspiration from the Titanic other than the name. “Draw Me Like One Of Your French Girls” is more an ode to my beautiful wife’s favourite cocktail, the French Martini.
Basically, I had a chat with our head brewer Ross and told him I wanted a nice sour beer to emulate a French Martini and recreate the glory that is Chambord. Throwing in copious amounts of pineapple, raspberry puree, cherry puree and lactose with a sprinkle of vanilla beans, Ross has worked his magic to create a beer that will please my lovely lady.

Mini’s been with us since BC years (Before Covid) – basically a lifetime. You could be forgiven for thinking he’s a part of the furniture here as he embodies everything we’re about.
He is a get sh*t done kinda guy but would gladly give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. A genuine straight shooter with a heart of gold, thanks for your hustle mate. It is definitely appreciated.
