“Our spin of the Best Coast DIPA we brewed at Rocky Ridge last year – this Best Coast DIPL is an expression of our love of lagers. An all-star line-up of Mosaic Incognito, Citra Spectrum and a brand new experimental variety from Freestyle hops – code name Peacharine – give us all the hop character we could ever want, while light malt character keeps things exceptionally drinkable. A layered triple dry hop allows us to highlight some of our favourite hop characters; pine needles, sweet peach, nectarine, mango, zippy grapefruit and lime zest. All this flavour is held together clean and tight with our house lager strain.”
