At Rocky Ridge Brewing Co, we don’t dabble; we dive headfirst into initiatives we believe in.

With the help of our friends at Tolga Farms, Joe White Malting, and Bintani, we’ve taken on the huge task of bringing Certified Sustainable, single-origin, regeneratively grown barley to every Rocky Ridge brew – barley that boasts a 73% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional malt and can be traced from paddock to pint.

This milestone, years in the making, represents a giant leap forward, removing 70,000 kgs in annual malt CO2-e emissions.

On the other end of the brewing process, we repurpose 100% of our spent grain as valuable feed for the livestock on our farm, redirecting this grain from landfill and saving more than 400,000 kgs of emissions every year.
