Brewed in collaboration with the team at The Wembley Hotel, ETD is a distinctly layered gose that is packed full of luscious fruit character.
Upon pouring you are hit with huge aromas of lime and dragon fruit with an almost bubblegum like quality. A light and clean mouthfeel is complimented by agave sweetness that plays nicely with the salty, drying finish.
What is the style? You can call it the art of sour beer without acidity. A modern Gose with all the trimmings. Deliciously drinkable and deceptively dangerous.
