We continue our exploration of California inspired IPA’s with ‘High Above The Redwoods’. A 7.0% hop bomb brewed in collaboration with Pink Boots Society Australia to celebrate their 10th anniversary in Aus.
High Above The Redwoods showcases the 5th Annual Pink Boots hop blend by Yakima Chief Hops, which consists of – HBC 630, Idaho Gem®, Loral®, Talus® & Triumph. This brings huge tropical aromas along with candied citrus and bubblegum notes.
We let the hops do the talking with a dialled back grist consisting of Pale, Vienna & Chit malts along with Maltodextrin to add body, without compromising drinkability.
This cracking IPA is the very least we can do to support the amazing women of our industry. Proceeds from the sales of High Above The Redwoods will be donated directly to Pink Boots Society Australia. Get some in your life asap and support a great cause!
