Again using locally sourced fruit destined for landfill, HSIAM Plum is the perfect Autumn crusher. Pouring with a hazy pink hue, aromas of ripe plum and punchy yeast esters fill the air when you pour the beer. Bright acidity, salt and fresh fruit dominate the palate with a distinctly dry and cleansing finish.
We love making these beers for multiple reasons. The connection to local farmers, the awesome fruit characters, pairing them with food and just enjoying them as a damn tasty beverage. Get some while you can and drink this beer happily knowing you are helping with food waste!
