Hops Don’t Lie is a sessionable, hazy WCIPA with the bitterness we have all been craving! An ultra light malt base gets out of the way early and allows the 8 hotside and 6 dry hop additions to be the stars of the show! Stone fruits and tropical fruit lead the show with a classic dank pine resin coming along for the ride!
Remember, this beer is hazy but also intentionally bitter.
Hops Don’t Lie pours light straw in colour with a persistent white head and medium level of haze. Aroma’s of Stone fruit , tropical fruit and pine resin dominate the nose, whilst light malt characters with pine resin, plus a fruit salad of hop influences hits the palate. The Finish is of medium bitterness with a touch of linger before finishing off crisp and dry.
