Karl is coming in swinging with this uber crushable WCIPA. Sitting at a very manageable ABV but not lacking in body, this lean and clean West Coast has Karl punching well above his weight division.
The fermenter was brimming full of Ella, Aus Cascade, Comet, Simcoe and Amarillo Cryo to bring all the mango, resin, citrus and tropical fruits Karl could handle.
An uncomplicated malt bill consisting of Pale, Chit and Carapils malt keeps things tight and bright allowing the hops to shine.
