Meet Kieran, our new Tap House Manager, a dedicated member of our Ridge family. He’s chosen this moment to craft a special staff beer, a perfect blend of El Dorado and Galaxy, loaded with passionfruit, pineapple, and a subtle Galaxy signature diesel undertone. 

In every family, there’s that cherished story that resurfaces during festive gatherings or after a few drinks. For Kieran, it’s the tale of “I’m Seeing Purple.“

This enduring narrative, recounted countless times with undiminished humour, takes us back to Kieran’s childhood. A young Kieran, overwhelmed with frustration, passionately declared to his mother that he was so angry he began “seeing purple.”

It’s a delightful anecdote that has stood the test of time and now serves as the inspiration for Kieran’s special staff beer.
