Red IPLs have a devoted fan base here, which makes it even more intriguing for us to experiment with this unique style. We crafted a delicately balanced malt base for the style, with just enough toast and caramel notes to elevate the flavours. A dynamic blend of hops – Chinook Salvo, Amarillo Cryo, and the new El Dorado CGX – alongside Australian Eclipse T90 hops, infuses the beer with layers of dank, citrus tones, and an explosion of apricot and passionfruit to round it all out.
Surrender to this Red IPL’s lush flavours and intoxicating aromas as it seduces your senses with its daring, passionate character – truly embodying the lustful side of brewing.
