Description
By far the most fruit we have ever used in a beer. A whopping 600 grams per litre of Raspberry and 400 grams per litre of Blueberry along with heavy handed additions of vanilla and vegan marshmallow extract. It is literally 1 part fruit to 1 part base beer.
We chose not to add lactose to this release and this has resulted in a plump, jammy & distinctly tart ale that has massive fruit and marshmallow aromas.
Fruit for days with sharp acidity, this a seriously punchy sour beer with an amazing lush mouthfeel!
