Guys! I’m super cereal right now! This beer is a big deal! We need to spread Man-Bear-Pig awareness!
This is no ordinary West Coast Juicy IPA, it uses half Citra, half Galaxy and half Amarillo hops that the brewers dug all the way down to Smugglers Cove to find. It also uses a cool new yeast strain from Aussie Lab Mogwai called “Hazy State Of Mind” for its popping ester profile. Expect lashings of Passionfruit and pineapple, with an undertone of citrus and pine woven throughout, a light citrus bitterness rounds out the finish. Pouring like bright golden treasure with a light hop haze.
Our regeneratively grown WA malt is helping to contain this beast, but we are super duper cereal Man-Bear-Pig is a menace, and only you can make him disappear. . . gulp.
