Description
Joining forces with the ledge ends at Lo Fi once again, we are back at it with Margarita Heater. You guessed it, another cocktail inspired sour beer with extra swag to boot.
Lime juice, oranges, agave syrup and a sprinkling of rock salt have all been thrown into the fermenter on top of a 4.5% base sour beer.
The result is a poppin’ citrus sour with ample body supplied by malted wheat along with pale and chit malts.
We are on a hot one here and can’t wait to be sippin some of these poolside!
