Pour:	Clear pale golden body with a bright white head
Smell:	Doughy malts lead with a resinous hop profile that is bright and vibrant with earthy notes woven throughout that morph into melon as the beer warms
Taste:	Malts upfront with a crisp bitterness mid palate before melon notes finish off
Finish:	Crisp

Craft beer is all about supporting local, and this brew is as local as it gets! Made with our Kulin-grown malted barley and a touch of Chit malt from Mallokup Maltings, we’ve gone all-in with Cluster hops from Margaret River Hops, just around the corner from the brewery. With seven hop additions, including a dip hop and a generous dry hop, this beer is a true celebration of local ingredients.
