Totopia Brewing, hailing from Nagakute, Japan, has truly mastered the art of Sour IPA. As the legends they are, they’ve generously entrusted Rossco with their coveted recipe book. Thus, emerges our collaboration: Hops on Nihon, a Fruited Sour IPA. It’s a testament to the fusion of cultures and flavors, where the expertise of Totopia meets Rossco’s innovative touch.
Just like Japan itself, this beer is a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, offering a journey through taste that’s both familiar and refreshingly unexpected.
Ingredients:
Malt:RR base Malt (Kulin, WA), Malted Wheat (VIC), Rolled Oats (Beverley, WA), Rolled Wheat (VIC), Acidulated malt (Germany).
Hops: Sabro T90.
Adjuncts: Strawberry, Kiwi Fruit, Raspberry, Vanilla, Coconut Rum Extract, Lactose.
