First off, we owe Ellie an apology – this beer took FOREVER for us to brew!
When we asked Ellie what kind of beer she liked, her answer was one that’s near and dear to our hearts: a crisp, bitter IPA with waves of Kiwi hops bringing all the aromatics and flavour.
Ingredients :
Malts: RR Base Malt (Kulin, WA), Mallokup Chit Malt (Capel, WA), Mallokup Wheat Malt (Capel, WA)
Hops: NZ Cascade T90 (NZ), Nelson Sauvin T90 (NZ), Nelson Sauvin Subzero HopKief (NZ)
Adjuncts: Dextrose
Allergens: Clarex added for Gluten Reduction
