Rice Crispy is the perfect accompanying beer for any occasion. The combination of rice and pale malt makes this super clean beer a damn crushable lager that keeps you coming back for more.
We used a cereal mash to break down the starches so that the enzymes could convert to sugar, leaving the hungry yeast to do it’s thing! The result is a pale gold, bright lager with aromas of freshly baked bread, citrus and grain.
A light body supports the hop addition of Hallertau Blanc that impart flavours of lemongrass accompanied by a sweet malt character and crunchy bitterness.
