X Gon’ Give It To Ya! 10 times the juice is something to celebrate and we haven’t pulled any punches for Rock Juice X.
Once again we have thrown a stupid amount of hops at this 10% beast of a beer. Galaxy, Vic
Secret, Mosaic, HBC 586, Mosaic Lupomaxx, Idaho 7 Cryo & Cryopop were all added after high krausen to create a hop charged punch to the palate. This gargantuan hop bill creates flavours of pineapple, passionfruit, berries and candied orange with a touch of melon to boot.
We always like to mix things up with Rock Juice and we love to push boundaries, so for Rock
Juice X we have added Motueka hop oil from the legends at Clayton Hops in NZ. This awesome product allows us to impart crazy hop aromas and flavour without sacrificing too much beer to trub.
A weighty grist consisting of Rolled Triticale, Rolled Oats, Malted Wheat, Rolled Wheat, Pale & Chit Malt provides the solid foundation and builds out the body for Rock Juice X. A lush
mouthfeel and firm bitterness round out the ever enjoyable drinking experience.
