Once again we have thrown a stupid amount of hops at this 10% beast of a beer. Galaxy, Vic
Secret, Mosaic, HBC 586, Mosaic Lupomaxx, Idaho 7 Cryo & Cryopop were all added after high krausen to create a hop charged punch to the palate. This gargantuan hop bill creates flavours of pineapple, passionfruit, berries and candied orange with a touch of melon to boot.
We always like to mix things up with Rock Juice and we love to push boundaries, so for Rock

We have opted to keep the grain bill similar to Rock Juice X cause if it aint broke don’t fix it right? Rolled Wheat, Malted Wheat, Rolled Triticale, Oats, Pale and Chit malts make up the foundation for XI.
Always striving to keep things fresh and exciting we have thrown a bunch of Spectrum hop varieties in the mix this time round. Spectrum is essentially a concentrated liquid form of your favourite hops which results in a more concentrated dry hop flavour without added trub.
The hop bill is as large as ever with Galaxy T90, Mosaic T-90, Vic Secret T-90, Strata T-90, Mosaic Spectrum, Citra Spectrum, Galaxy Spectrum, Citra Lupomaxx and Mosaic Lupomaxx all filling the fermenter to the brim.
