Hoooollllyyyy sheeeeeeiittttt, is it August already??!!!??? Guess it’s time for another iteration of Rock Juice! Together with our mates at Dunsborough Cellars and Grain Crus,  we’re keeping the spirit of experimentation alive.

It is no secret that we’re always eager to try new products as they hit the market. But many of you might wonder, what’s the difference?

With RJ V14, we have the answer.

We’ve brewed two batches of beer with the same malt base, yeast, and fermentation profile. The difference? This batch uses uses only hop pellets, while V14.2 used all liquid hop products. We’ve ensured that all additions are equal, so you can make a direct comparison.

Malts: RR Base Malt (Kulin, WA), Malted Wheat (Capel, WA), Rolled Spelt (Aus), Malted Oats (UK), Chit Malt (Capel, WA)

Hops: Centennial T90 (USA), Citra T90 (USA), Simcoe T90 (USA), Nelson Sauvin T90 (NZ), Galaxy T90 (Aus), El Dorado CGX (USA), Mosaic Lupomaxx (USA), Vic Secret T90 (Aus), Nectar T90 (NZ)

Adjuncts: Dextrose, Bavarian Wheat DME
