A symphony of malt & yeast esters. Raisins, plums & stewed fruit aromas from the malts with the belgian yeast providing light fruitiness reminiscent of pears.
Warming alcohol on the finish lets you know this beer is a sipper, but the balance is paramount & eminently drinkable.
