Say hello to Josh, the triumphant Brewmaster Comp winner!

“What’s his prize?” you ask. Well, we suited Josh up in some high-vis gear and handed him the brewery keys and told him to brew anything he wants. 

So what did Josh whip up? A delectable Pastry Stout. He took us down memory lane to recreate the flavour of a long-forgotten classic – the Hazelnut Roll ice cream treat, a taste we hadn’t savoured in nearly a decade.

Now here’s the scoop: This beer is loaded with copious amounts of Nutella. I mean, we’re talking serious Nutella action here. Because of this it has ZERO head retention. So, when you pour, don’t be alarmed – just enjoy that nostalgic ride.
