Indulge in the slothful allure of Mountain Culture’s Hazy IIIPA, a decadent brew that encourages you to relax and savour each sip. Our previous collaboration was a big, bold WCIPA, but this time we took a different path with a hazy creation.
Fun fact: Boogie, the lead brewer at MC’s Katoomba site, spent a year at Rocky Ridge before moving to Mountain Culture. It’s been an epic reunion to brew together once more.
We’ve artfully infused 10 different hop products into this beer, utilising T90 pellets, Cryo, CGX, and Lupomaxx pellets, along with Centennial Salvo and Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Hop Oil.
What makes this brew exceptional? We employed a layered dry hopping process over four days to bring out the subtleties of each hop addition.
