Clean and lean the grain bill is simple but effective. Pale & Chit malt along with Malted Wheat create a refined base for the extensive hop bill to work its magic.
Nelson Sauvin, Ella, Eukanot, Aus Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria were all added in droves to create a dank and piney WCIPA with flavours of white grapes, zesty citrus and passion fruit. 10 hot side hop additions help sing that classic west coast song that we know and love.
