Who woulda thought that if you got a bunch of breweries together to brew an IPA that it would turn out clear and bitter?
West Coast IPA is alive and well! To honour the style that all the breweries involved love, we have used a bunch of different specialty malts, new hop varieties, French oak and modern brewing techniques to create something special.
Pale Malt, Weyermann Isaria 1924 Malt, Munich Malt, Chit Malt and Maltodextrin create the body that allows the heavy additions of Ekuanot, Cryopop, Luminosa, NZH102 and Godiva hops to do their thang.
The French oak staves add vanilla and a light tannic note to round out this stupidly easy drinking WCIPA.
Long live the West Coast IPA!
