Pour:

Straw coloured with a fast disappearing white head.

Smell:

Coconut and lime dominate with a cracker malt and agave undertone.

Taste:

As above with zippy acidity and crisp saltiness

Next up in our staff beer series is Jenni, our Logistics and Procurement Legend, and the mastermind behind ensuring our beers reach their destinations without a hitch.

Given her role in logistics, she is often faced with TBCs: TBC delivery dates, TBC times and TBC stock. So, it was perfectly fitting that Jenni’s beer started off in the same way. Initially marked as TBC while she pondered the perfect name, Jenni, in true mischievous fashion, decided to roll with it and totally mess with us all in the process.

Inspired by her favourite drink, a coconut margarita, she’s crafted a tasty cocktail-inspired sour beer. Coconut, lime, and agave blend harmoniously, and it boasts a sensible ABV, along with crushable drinkability.

Malts: RR Base Malt (Kulin, WA), Rolled Oats (Beverley, WA), Malted Wheat (Capel, WA). Chit Malt (Capel, WA)

Hops: Tetrahop (Ger)
