Following a recent trip to the home of vision impaired pigs and Roman philosophers, we were inspired to create a Northern California IPA that can offer a local take on some of the best IPA’s in the world.
Pouring as bright as a sunny day in the bay, with a soft white head like the fog rolling over a certain iconic bridge.
A massive whack of passionfruit, pithy grapefruit and pink musk stick aromas fill the air when the can is cracked which come about from ample additions of Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe, Rakau and Cryo Simcoe.
A stern, unrelenting bitterness is present as soon as you take a sip and continues throughout the whole drinking experience. A weighty malt profile supports the bucketload of hops thrown into this beer.
