A crispy boi with a difference.
We are experimenting with a new (to us) yeast from Mogwai Labs in Sydney called ‘Bright Eyes’ and having a play with US Noble Hops.
These are debittered pellets from classic US hop varieties, in this case Citra, which has made them taste and smell more like noble European hops.
Ingredients – RR Base Malt, Melanoiden Malt, Chit Malt, Citra Noble Hops, Mogwai Bright Eyes Yeast
