We are absolutely loving the new style of IPA combining a super light malt base with a crisp lager yeast.
For this iteration of the style we have decided to use some less well known and utilised hops in Cashmere and Lotus to give the beer a different spin!
Ingredients – RR Base Malt, Wheat Malt, Chit Malt, Talus T90, Cashmere T90, W34/70 yeast
