Description
This latest FRUIT AMPLIFIED beer puts into practice everything we’ve learnt so far.
Starting with the golden boy of the Ridge, ACE IPA, we then add mid-fermentation for maximum effect what is technically known as a *F#kton of locally sourced, cold-pressed watermelon from our mates at Refresh Juice. At this point, we already have a beer packed with resinous pine and citrus, overflowing with waves of… well, watermelon!
As a kicker, and for that little extra oomph, we inject the finished beer with a dose of Watermelon Skyfarm terpenes just as it’s transferred to its final destination.
