Karridale Wet Hop Best Bitter
Is there anything better than hops fresh off a bine? The vibrant colour, texture and aroma is something that drives every beer fanatic wild!
Trey and Olivia from Karridale Hop Cottages blessed us with Columbus, Flinders, Victoria, East Kent Goldings, Centennial and Nugget hops. Only the freshest of the fresh hop cones were dropped lovingly into our whirlpool and fermenter to create a smooth, biscuity Best Bitter.
Pouring with an auburn,copper hue, aromas of marmalade, citrus and pleasant yeast esters jump from the glass. A soft and creamy mouthfeel supports flavours of biscuit, rich malt and herbal hop characters. A clean and cleansing finish makes this beer a new world take on a classic old world style.
Working with local growers is something we love to do and the team from Karridale are an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. Show them some love when you are in the south west!
