But amidst this impermanence, we’ve taken a traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen and propelled it into the present by infusing it with a bountiful addition of blueberries mid-fermentation. Once it hits your lips, it’s so good!

And for the aficionados of brewing, there’s exciting news: we’ve acquired a new yeast strain that delivers all the coveted banana and clove notes characteristic of the style, without the concern of being diastaticus positive! Frank the Tank would approve. Fill it up again, we’re going streaking!
