Introducing our newest release - “Plum Intended” This one was released at the Royston Hotel for Good Beer Week and is now pouring at our Rocky Ridge Brewing Co Cellar Door! Cans have also hit all your favourite bottle shops.

A bit more about this brew - We scavenged perfectly good plums and gave them a second chance, and we are stoked to be able to find a home for fruit that was otherwise destined for landfill. This one lands in at a super manageable 4% so don't be shy.

Tasting notes - On paper a sour smoked plum marzen just shouldn't work, though thankfully it is an absolute belter of a beer. Huge jammy plums spring out of the glass and they are complimented by a subtle smoke character in the background. Upon your first sip you are greeted by more plums while the biscuit like malt backbone ties in perfectly with the smokiness. Balanced tartness and incredibly drinkable, this beer had a whole month to lager and clean up while our signature house lacto strain did it's work.
