This beer cuts harder than a badass robot samurai boss who’s here to get things back on schedule and will force-choke every hop in the building to make it happen.

Starting with a malt body that’s on point: local certified sustainable Pilsner malt for a clean backbone, a hit of Munich for subtle caramel depth, and roasted wheat to bring that volcanic-planet boardroom energy. Next, we unleash an imperial parade of hops, spearheaded by some local Margaret River Flinders on the hot side for bitterness and a spicy edge. Simcoe Dynaboost cranks the pine and resin, followed by Riwaka, Cryo Simcoe, Motueka, and a late-ferment Amplifire Motueka Hop Oil blast to ensure the bitterness lingers longer than a Reddit thread about midichlorians.

Pouring dark-saber black with a stormtrooper off-white head, this Black IPA delivers lime, spice, berry, and pine resin aromatics before an assertive mid-palate bitterness slices through with laser precision. A subtle malt body with hints of caramel and roast keeps things balanced while the bitterness lingers long and dry, like a voice in your head saying, “grab another pint… these are not the droids you’re after.”
