SHIPPING POLICY – Rocky Ridge Brewing Co

This Shipping Policy forms part of Rocky Ridge Brewing Co’s Master Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with Rocky Ridge Brewing Co (“RRBC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from RRBC.

All alcohol deliveries require valid photo identification upon receipt. Couriers may refuse delivery if ID cannot be provided or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

Alcohol will not be left with minors.

RRBC reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery where legal or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations cannot be met.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional WA: 3–7 business days

  • Interstate: 5–10 business days

  • International: varies by destination

These timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

RRBC is not responsible for delays once parcels are in courier possession.

4. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout:

  • You accept full responsibility for the goods once marked delivered.

  • RRBC accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation.

If ATL is not selected and delivery cannot be completed, parcels may be redirected to a depot or returned to RRBC.

Returned parcels may incur a re-shipping fee.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Unless required by law, shipping fees are non-refundable, except where:

  • RRBC cancels your order due to error or stock unavailability, or

  • Goods are confirmed lost in transit.

In these cases, RRBC may refund shipping costs or arrange replacement at its discretion.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact RRBC within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of both packaging and contents

RRBC will assess the claim and may offer replacement or refund.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Lost Parcels

If tracking confirms a parcel is lost in transit, RRBC will lodge an investigation with the courier.

Once loss is verified, RRBC will arrange a replacement or refund.

RRBC’s liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods only.

7. TRANSIT CONDITIONS & PRODUCT QUALITY

Beer is sensitive to temperature and handling.

RRBC cannot guarantee product quality affected by:

  • heat exposure

  • courier delays

  • extended transit times

Claims relating to temperature or transit quality must be reported promptly. Replacement is at RRBC’s discretion.

8. RESTRICTED DELIVERY AREAS

Some regions may be restricted for alcohol delivery due to licensing or local regulations.

RRBC reserves the right to refuse shipment to restricted postcodes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

9. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNS TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to RRBC due to:

  • incorrect address

  • failure to collect

  • unsuccessful delivery attempts

a re-shipping fee will apply.

If you elect not to re-ship, a refund may be issued less original shipping costs.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • clearance fees

RRBC is not liable for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, RRBC’s liability relating to shipping is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

RRBC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
