1. Binding agreement and priority of terms
Agreement. By accessing our website, purchasing products, joining our Loyalty Program, or making a booking with Rocky Ridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to you are those in force at the time you place your order or make your booking. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders or bookings already confirmed.
Priority. Where more than one set of terms applies, they take priority in this order:
- A separate written Wholesale Agreement or Sponsorship Contract
- The Rocky Ridge Functions & Events Terms, for any booking for which we have issued a Quote
- These Terms
2. Age, identification and responsible service
Age requirement. You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol or participate in any Rocky Ridge loyalty program. Valid photo identification is required for all deliveries and for venue entry. Loyalty membership is not proof of age.
Delivery and Authority to Leave. Alcohol will not be left with a minor. If you provide Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the goods once marked delivered by the courier. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.
Refusal of service. In accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol laws, we may refuse service or delivery where identification cannot be provided or the recipient appears intoxicated. No refund is issued in these circumstances.
Guests under 18 in our venues. Guests under 18 are permitted only in the company of a responsible adult as defined under the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA), and must not consume alcohol on the premises. Conditions vary between our venues.
3. Online orders, errors and returns
Pricing errors. We may cancel and refund any order, including after confirmation, where a pricing error has occurred through technical or human mistake.
Availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a suitable substitute or a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Change of mind. Separately, and in addition to your rights above, we may at our discretion accept a change-of-mind return requested within 48 hours of receipt, where goods are unopened and in resaleable condition. This is a discretionary policy and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Bookings and tickets
Standard reservations:
Tables are held for 20 minutes past the booking time, after which they may be released. Your table is reserved for the confirmed booking period.
Group bookings and functions:
Any booking for which we issue a Quote, including all group bookings of 20 or more guests and all bookings involving exclusive use of an area, is governed by the Rocky Ridge Functions & Events Terms. Those terms are provided with your Quote and prevail over this section.
Reserving tables for a group does not give your group exclusive use of any area unless your Quote says so.
Tickets to Beer School, masterclasses, tours and other ticketed events:
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
- Inside 7 days, tickets may be transferred to another person. Transfers must be advised to us by email before the event. The original purchaser remains responsible for the ticket until we confirm the transfer.
- No admission after a session has started. No refund applies for late arrival or non-attendance.
- Sessions are subject to minimum numbers. Where a session does not proceed, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.
- Where we cancel or materially change an event, you may choose a transfer, a credit or a refund.
- Ticketed events are 18+ unless otherwise stated. Valid photo identification is required.
5. Gift cards and vouchers
Gift cards are valid for at least three years from the date of issue.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reloaded unless stated. Lost or stolen cards are not replaced without proof of purchase.
Gift cards may be used at Rocky Ridge venues and online, excluding third-party vendors operating on our sites.
6. Promotions and discounts
Exclusivity. Unless explicitly stated, promotions, discounts and offers cannot be combined. This includes Loyalty Points, Mug Club benefits, happy hour pricing and clearance items.
Application. We determine which single discount applies per transaction.
7. Competitions, marketing and intellectual property
Modification. We may modify, suspend or terminate any competition or promotion at any time at our discretion.
User-generated content. By tagging Rocky Ridge or using Rocky Ridge hashtags on any social platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use your content, including photos and videos, for marketing across digital, website, email and advertising channels. You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it. Where practical, credit will be given.
Intellectual property. All content created by or belonging to Rocky Ridge, including logos, branding, trademarks, product names, website content, imagery, copy, video, loyalty assets and marketing materials, remains our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without our prior written permission.
8. Loyalty Club and Mug Club
Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to join. Members may hold one account only. Where multiple accounts are identified, we may merge or close them.
Points.
- 1 point per $1 AUD spent
- 10 points = $1 AUD credit
Changes to the program. We may change loyalty earn rates, redemption values, structures or benefits. Where a change reduces the value of points you already hold, we will give at least 30 days notice before it takes effect.
Expiry. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
No cash value. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Third-party exclusions. Points cannot be redeemed with external vendors operating on-site or in partnership, including food vendors.
Account closure. You may close your account at any time by written request. On closure, accrued points are forfeited.
Mug Club. Annual fees are not refundable, and benefits apply only to the registered member. Where we materially reduce Mug Club benefits during your membership term, you may cancel your membership and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your annual fee.
9. Account security, fraud and chargebacks
We may suspend or terminate accounts where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is suspected.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.
Chargebacks. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in our favour, we may recover the third-party payment provider fees we incur as a result.
10. Loyalty program and promotional misuse
We may suspend memberships, cancel orders, revoke points or terminate accounts where misuse, abuse or misconduct is suspected. This includes, without limitation:
- creating multiple accounts
- exploiting promotions
- sharing member-only benefits
- manipulating loyalty balances
- supplying false or misleading information
- theft, or abusive or offensive behaviour toward staff
We may reverse improperly obtained points or discounts and recover associated costs.
11. Wholesale
Payment. As per approved Credit Application. Late payment results in automatic stop credit.
Cold chain. Wholesale customers must store Rocky Ridge products in temperature-controlled environments. We are not liable for spoilage after delivery.
Title. Title to goods remains with Rocky Ridge until paid in full.
12. Privacy and data
We collect personal data to process orders, deliver bookings and personalise your experience. By joining our loyalty programs you consent to receiving marketing by email and SMS and acknowledge the use of your data for targeted advertising on third-party platforms. You may opt out at any time.

13. Marketing consent
By providing your contact details you consent to receive Rocky Ridge marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Unsubscribe via the link in any email, or reply STOP to SMS.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supplier failure, government restrictions, public health orders, power outages, fire, flood or staff illness.
Affected services or events may be rescheduled, credited or refunded.
15. Limitation of liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
16. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us at [email address]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and to resolve them promptly.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact Consumer Protection Western Australia.
17. General
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a related entity or in connection with a transfer of our business.
Notices. Notices to us should be sent to [email address]. Notices to you are sent to the contact details on your account or booking.
