About this program
Rocky Ridge Brewing Co Pty Ltd (“Rocky Ridge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) runs a marketing text message (SMS) program for customers and members who have opted in.
By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to join our text message program. You must also be the account holder of the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder’s permission to receive messages at that number.
We don’t knowingly send marketing texts to anyone under 18. If you think we hold a number belonging to someone under 18, email [email protected] and we’ll remove it.
How to opt in
You can join our text message program by:
- Ticking the SMS marketing box when you create a member account on our website
- Scanning a Rocky Ridge QR code at one of our venues and ticking the SMS marketing box on the sign-up form
- Giving your mobile number and consent through a sign-up form, competition or promotion where the text message program is clearly explained
Opting in to texts is optional. It isn’t a condition of buying from us, becoming a member or earning loyalty points.
What we’ll send you
Our marketing texts may include:
- New release and product announcements
- Event invitations and venue promotions
- Loyalty program and membership updates
- Shopping cart reminders
- Member offers
We may also send transactional texts about an order or booking you’ve made, such as order confirmations and delivery updates. These aren’t marketing messages and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
Who our texts come from
Our texts come from the sender name “RockyRidge”. This sender can’t receive replies, so please don’t reply to our messages. Use the options below to opt out or get help.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the releases, events and offers we have running.
Costs
We don’t charge you to receive our texts. If you tap a link in one of our messages, standard data charges from your mobile provider may apply.
How to opt out
You can stop our marketing texts at any time by:
- Tapping the opt-out link included in every marketing text we send, or
- Emailing [email protected] with the mobile number you’d like removed
We’ll process your request within 5 business days. You won’t receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.
Opting out of texts doesn’t opt you out of our marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Delivery
Text message delivery depends on your mobile network and isn’t guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or not arrive because of network outages, coverage issues or your phone being switched off.
Changes to your mobile number
If you change or disconnect your mobile number, please update your details in your member account or email [email protected], so messages meant for you don’t go to someone else.
Privacy
We handle your mobile number and consent record in line with our Privacy Policy.
We only share your mobile number and consent record with the service providers who send messages on our behalf, and with mobile carriers as needed to deliver a message to your phone. We don’t sell this information or give it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Our obligations
We send marketing texts in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Every marketing text we send identifies Rocky Ridge Brewing Co as the sender and includes a working way to unsubscribe.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be on this page. If we make a significant change, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.
