Description
Spritzy and funky, making a hero of the name ingredient, feijoa.
The base of this beer was aged in ex-chardonnay barrels with our house culture before secondary fermentation on 250kg of local feijoas that were only cut in half.
The local wild yeast that were on the fruit have further added to the complexity of this dangerously easy drinking and nimble brew.
