This adjunct heavy Imperial Pastry Stout is just the kind of big dumb mind opening beer you’d expect from us to mark a special occasion. *Unless you have a NUT or DAIRY ALLERGY! Landing in the glass thick, rich, and unapologetically decadent, this 9% monster got the full 9-hour boil treatment cause you know nine years and all that. Nothing worth doing is ever easy right?

The malt bill is serious dark magic: our Sustainable Pilsner malt from Kulin, bolstered by double roasted crystal plus malted and rolled oats lay solid ground for the unholy witchcraft that’s to follow.

Maple bacon, roasted peanuts, marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla and bourbon extract have been layered in across the whole brewing process. From kettle to fermenter to bright tank. This has helped create a stout that’s simultaneously smoky, nutty, and sweet. All of this is smoothed by lashings of lactose giving it that silky, chewy thickness that wraps around every adjunct like a shaman’s cloak.

This mystic monster promises to take you on a wild ride and expand your horizons, if not your third eye.
