Ayo… this is some real dank sh*t. Once again we have joined forces with our good mates at Cellarbrations Baldivis and the great people from Against The Grain out of Louisville, Kentucky. After brewing Jindong Balling together in the past with Jerry and the Baldivis crew, we decided to go on a little side quest this time around.

The layering of our signature Rocky Ridge hop extract, Rakau, Mosaic, Strata and OG Kush BrewGas terpenes has created a beer that is absolutely BURSTING with flavour. A hoppy explosion of a beer speeds effortlessly over the palate like a lupulin-loaded Lamborghini. We packed the mash full of Pilsner, Munich and wheat malts with a sprinkle of rolled oats on top for good measure. This grist creates a beer with a fuller mouthfeel while also laying a foundation for the hops and devil’s lettuce terpenes to shine.

While our friends in Louisville may not use the metric system, they certainly know their way around a big dank beer and they can sniff out a party like an aardvark on an anthill. It is an honour to brew another beer with the good homies at ATG.
