Description
🧟 TECHNO NECROMANCER | 6.5% | NEIPA
The dead have risen, and they’ve brought a strobe light.
Techno Necromancer is what happens when a NEIPA gets summoned back from the grave at 2am and refuses to leave the dance floor. A soft, pillowy base of Certified Sustainable local Pilsner malt, malted oats and rolled spelt lays down the beat, and then the hops crank the volume.
Nectaron, Idaho 7 (in Dynaboost and Hyperboost form) and Eclipse pile in through the whirlpool and dry hop, joined by NZH-109, an unnamed experimental from NZ Hops’ Bract Brewing Programme that brings a peach and passionfruit hit that almost nobody else in Australia has (we bought most of it). Then a shot of Cascade SubZero Hop Kief drops the final bass. Pineapple, mango, grapefruit and sweet orange pour out of the glass under a pulsing strobe of dank resin, all carried on a body that’s thick, glowing and gloriously undead.
Low bitterness. High energy. Zero chance of leaving before sunrise. Raise your glass, raise the dead, and keep dancing.
