Okay, hear me out.
What if we took a soft serve cone, dunked it in a bucket of fresh strawberries, and turned the whole thing into a 7% beer? No, wait, come back. Hear me out.
Hear Me Out is a Smoothie Sour that started as a dumb idea in the brewery and ended as one of the most ridiculous things we’ve ever put in a tank. A soft base of Certified Sustainable local Pilsner malt and rolled oats gets kettle soured until it’s bright and tangy, then we go completely off script: litres of strawberry, real vanilla beans, a heavy hand of lactose, and actual soft serve powder, because if you’re going to do something stupid, do it properly.
It pours thick, pink and opaque, smells like a strawberry sundae at the show, and drinks like a milkshake with a sour twist that keeps the sweetness in check. At 7% it is far more beer than it looks, which is exactly the point.
